Bookings and enquiries

Enquiries submitted through this website are requests, not confirmed bookings. A booking is confirmed only once our reception team has replied and confirmed availability and the rate with you. No payment is taken through this website's enquiry forms.

Check-in and check-out

• ›Check-in from 12:00 noon onwards.
• ›Check-out by 11:00 AM.
• ›Early check-in and late check-out are on request, subject to availability, and may incur additional charges.
• ›Guests must present a valid government ID and booking confirmation at check-in.

Occupancy, children and extra beds

• ›Children of all ages are welcome.
• ›An extra bed is available on request, chargeable and subject to availability.
• ›Baby cots are available on request, subject to availability.

House rules

• ›Smoking is not permitted inside the suites.
• ›Pets are not allowed.
• ›Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Payment

• ›We accept major credit cards, UPI and bank transfers.
• ›Rates quoted directly by our reception team apply to that booking only and may differ from third-party travel sites.

Accessibility and special requirements

Suites are accessible via elevator. Please tell us in advance about any special requirements so we can prepare for your arrival.
