Cancellation Policy
How cancellations and changes to your booking are handled.
Cancellation window
- Free cancellation for cancellations made 15 to 30 days before check-in.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.
Check-in and check-out
- Check-in from 12:00 noon onwards.
- Check-out by 11:00 AM.
- Early check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability, and may incur additional charges.
Payment
- We accept major credit cards, UPI and bank transfers.
- Enquiries made through this website do not require payment. We reply with availability and a direct rate before anything is confirmed.
Changing or cancelling a booking
To change or cancel a booking, contact reception directly on +91 95133 77153 or by email at info@regalbusinesssuites.in. Reception answers between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM daily.
Bookings made through a third-party travel site are governed by that provider's cancellation terms, and should be amended through them.
